Business Intelligence Director, fractional

Alopex is looking for a dynamic, fully remote, Business Intelligence Director to join our team. This Director will function as a fractional role leading the organization’s data-driven decision-making. This Director will be part of the IT team with a dotted line to Operations, overseeing data strategy, analytics, and reporting needs of the clinical operational team. they will use their skills to optimize operational efficiencies through technology advancements and supports and offer strategic leadership aligning BI initiatives with business goals, 

This role will specialize in data optimization, data infrastructure, and enablement of cross-functional teams to leverage insights for growth and efficiency offering consultation on the latest BI trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. The Director will be highly skilled in assessment of internal data and analytics ecosystems and capabilities in order to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
